ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

UNITED STATES ONLY  (For now, but hopefully International in the future)

Current Processing Times: All jewelry is handcrafted by me and its processed and shipped out 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple of extra days to get your orders out. I try my best to get orders out as quickly as I can. 

 S T A N D A R D  S H I P P I N G  

*Standard Delivery: delivered within 2-5 business days. (AFTER order has been processed which can take me 3-5 days) 

*Once your order has been processed it will be shipped using USPS with a Tracking Code. 

Processing--Shipping Time Frame: High volume during holiday season can cause delivery delays with USPS. Once your items have shipped, please be patient if they are experiencing high volume. Also, weather and other issues can cause delays with USPS. 

Please note processing time (3-5 days) does NOT include the time it takes to ship. Shipping through USPS will take an additional (2-5 days) to be delivered.  

T R A C K I N G  Y O U R  O R D E R 

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available! 

L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S 

Once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. 

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local Postal Office. The package has INSURANCE. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. OR You can go online to USPS.COM and go to the HELP section then read the instructions for FINDING MISSING MAIL. Your TRACKING number will be required to locate your missing package. 

Tips For Lost or Stolen Shipments: 

 -Check with your neighbors! Sometimes packages get dropped off  at the wrong house. 

 -Sometimes USPS pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up. 

 -If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, since you’re on the receiving side, you will have to open a claim with your local post office.

RETURNS

 Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your piece for an exchange or a store credit (minus shipping). Please ship it back to me within 14 days of requesting the return. Refunds can ONLY be given for pieces that are defective or damaged because of me. If your package is damaged in transit the package has INSURANCE and USPS will assist you with your package. Please contact your local Postal Office OR you can go online to USPS.COM and go to the HELP section. Read the instructions for FINDING MISSING MAIL. Your TRACKING number will be required to locate your missing package. All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent please.

 -Log into your ACCOUNT, go to COMPLETED ORDERS, click the order you're returning and follow the instructions.
