All packages have tracking. If your package is marked 'delivered' we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your neighborhood has had problems with mail theft, best to use an office address or alternative address for shipping, where someone is home to receive the package.


If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a exchange or a refund (minus shipping). All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent.
